All orders ship within 5-7 business days, weekends and holidays are not included.

Please refer to your tracking information emailed to keep track of your order. If you entered the wrong email when placing your order, send us an email for an update.

Shipping methods are provided to you at checkout. There are a few items on our site we provide free shipping for. Those items ship via USPS First Class Mail. All Stickers and buttons are shipped as stamp mail unless a large amount is ordered.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, if you have received the wrong item or a defective item we do ask you make us aware within 5 days of receiving your order. This would allow us to send any return labels needed and ship out a replacement to you in a timely manner.
